BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for DECLAN'S IRISH PUB on 03/05/2014, and printed upon page 75957 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "quantity 3, area along N Wells and W Scott and $1,200.00" and inserting in their place the words "quantity 1, area along W Scott and $400.00"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
