ORDINANCE
 
 
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
 
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a pilot parking program to be implemented in the area described in this ordinance. Notwithstanding any provision of the Municipal Code to the contrary, the restrictions imposed by Section 9-64-110(e) regarding parking on the parkway are hereby temporarily suspended and experimental parking with two wheels of a vehicle parked on the parkway is allowed on the blocks of 1700 through and including 1900 West 107th Street, 1600 through and including 1800 West Beverly Glen Parkway, the 2600 block of West 107th Street, and the 10500 block of South Talman Ave.
 
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval and shall expire of its own accord, without further action of the City Council on April 15, 2017.
