BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SEC TION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby
amended by changing all of the Cl-1 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as
shown on Map No. 9-1 in the area bounded by
The public alley north of and parallel to West Belmont Avenue; a line 121.50 feet east of and parallel to North Whipple Street; West Belmont Avenue; a line 49.50 feet east of and parallel to North Whipple Street
to those of a B2-2 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
