SUBTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe C1-2, Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-G in the area bounded by:

West 35^th Place; South Halsted Street; a line 26 feet south of and parallel to West 35^4h Place; and the alley next west of and parallel to South Halsted Street

to those of a B1-1, Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
