BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt A&M Auto Repair & Body Shop, 3665 West Ogden Avenue, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.
