BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1.  Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of

Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Betty's Daycare Academy Inc., at 5719-23 West Chicago Avenue, Chicago IL 60651, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to exit facility at

5719-23 West Chicago Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after it's passage and publication.
