ORDINANCE
 
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
 
Section 1. Chapter 2-80 ofthe Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding a new section 2-80-045, as follows
 
2-80-045 Consolidated billing.
 
For any business licensed under Title 4 of this Code, the director of revenue shall send one annual consolidated bill for all ofthe following fees due and owing by such business during that calendar year in which the bill was sent:
  1. a license under Title 4;
  2. a permit for any and all public way uses;
  3. a permit for a sign or billboard
  4. a permit for a sidewalk cafe;
  5. annual building, zoning or fire inspections; and
  6. a loading zone sign;
The heads of the city departments shall assist and cooperate with the director of revenue in the issuance ofthe annual consolidated billing-Nothing in the section shall be construed to apply to any fee charged for a reinspection, emergency reinspection or inspection in response to a complaint conducted bv the buildings department.
 
 
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
