ORDINANCE
RC UNION STATION DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, LLC Acct. No. 461279-1 Permit No. 1141766

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to RC UNION STATION DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions ofthis ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use three (3) Sheeting(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 320 S. Canal St
Said Sheeting(s) at S. CANAL STREET measure(s):
One (1) at ninety-nine (99) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of seven point nine two (7.92) square feet.
Said Sheeting(s) at S. CANAL STREET measure(s):
One (1) at two hundred one (201) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of sixteen point zero eight (16.08) square feet.
Said Sheeting(s) at W. VAN BUREN STREET measure(s):
One (1) at three hundred seventy-three (373) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of twenty-nine point eight four (29.84) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City ofChicago as compensation for the privilege #1141766 herein granted the sum of one thousand two hundred ($1,200.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
