RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite Wisdom has called Mary Ann Siska to her eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Mary Ann Siska (nee Dinger) passed on February 8, 2019. Beloved wife of George; loving mother Thomas (Nancy); cherished grandmother of Mallory; dearest sister the late Robert Dinger; dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Mary Ann was a retired employee of US Steel, also former secretary and treasurer of the Ladies Pennsylvania Slovak Catholic Union, Chapter #158. Mary Ann Siska leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this thirteenth day of March, 2019, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Mary Ann Siska and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to the family of Mary Ann Siska.
