ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the B2-2, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 7-J in the area bound by:
the alley next north of and parallel to North Milwaukee Avenue, a line 69 feet northwest of West Wisner Avenue as measured along the northwesterly line of North Milwaukee Avenue and perpendicular thereto; North Milwaukee Avenue; and a line 115 feet northwest of West Wisner Avenue as measured along the northwesterly line of North Milwaukee Avenue and perpendicular thereto,
to those of a B2-1, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
