BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for NUTELLA FERRERO & NUTELLA CAFE on 03/29/2017, and printed upon page 44914 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"FERRERO U.S.A. INC"

and inserting in their place the words

"NUTELLA FERRERO & NUTELLA CAFE"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
