BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. That an ordinance hereto passed by the City Council on January 20, 1999 (page

88104) establishing a parking prohibited designated area, be and the same is hereby amended

by striking therefrom, the following:      

North Marcey Street (west side)      from a point 70 feet south of West Wisconsin

Street, to a point 270 feet south thereof No parking semi-truck staging area 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday Tow-away zone (98-0970)

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
