Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for WIRELESS HOOKUP/METRO PCS AUTHORIZED DEALER on 03/18/2015, and printed upon page 104210 of the Journal of Proceedings o f the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "WIRELESS HOOKUP/METRO PCS AUTHORIZED DEALER" and inserting in their place the words "STELLAR WIRELESS CHICAGO GROUP INC."
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a sign(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
