RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Timothy R. O'Donnell to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Timothy R. O'Donnell passed away on December 20, 2022 at the age of sixty-five. He was predeceased by his parents Lawrence O'Donnell and Collette O'Donnell; and his brother William O'Donnell. He is survived by his wife Toni O'Donnell; his children, Kevin O'Donnell, Shannon Gomez (Chris), Angel O'Donnell and Steven O'Donnell; and his sister Kathleen Beedie (Ray); and

WHERAS, Timothy R. O'Donnell leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this eighteenth day of January 2023, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Timothy R. O'Donnell and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy be presented to the
family of Timothy R. O'Donnell.                     x \
