REFER TO COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WAY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.     Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the Chicago, the Commissioner

of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Chicago Housing Authority, Fisher Building, 5821 N. Broadway, Chicago, II. 60660, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facility at 5821 N. Broadway.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
