RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Kathleen Haryasz Mazienis has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 73 to her eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman ofthe 11th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Kathleen Haryasz Mazienis; Beloved daughter of the late Edmund and Gertrude Haryasz; and

WHEREAS, Kathy was a valued employee,of York High School, Elmhurst and Flagg Creek Golf Course, Countryside, IL; She will be sadly missed by her family, many friends, the bingo buddies, & her dog, Peanut; now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor arid members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twenty seventh of January 2021, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Kathleen Haryasz Mazienis and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Kathleen Haryasz Mazienis.
