JOURNAL CORRECTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. I hereby move to correct the printed official Journal of Proceedings of the City Council of October 5, 2011 as follows:

By deleting the word "Burke" appearing in the twelfth line of text from the top of the page and inserting the following beneath the roll call vote and the motion to reconsider on page 9165:

"Alderman Burke invoked Rule 14 of the City Council's Rules of Order and Procedure, disclosing that he has represented parties involved to this ordinance in previous and unrelated matters."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage.
