RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Chester A. Bare to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Chester A. Bare, Veteran Navy World War II. Beloved husband of Helen (nee Strozak). Stepfather of Darlene (James) LoCascio, Wayne Ozmina and Nadine (Gary) Jakubowski. Father of Christine and two other children. Dearest grandfather of ten and great grandfather of one. Brother of Ronald, Lorraine, the late Edward and the late Walter. Chester's wife Helen is the 13th Ward Democratic Committeewoman and State Central Commission. Chester A. Bare leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

 

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe Chicago City Council gathered here this fifteenth day of April, 2015, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Chester A. Bare and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.
