ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Residential Business Planned Development #975 symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-H in the area bounded by

North Milwaukee Avenue; North Leavitt Street; the southwest boundary line of the Chicago Transit Authority ("C.T.A.") Line; a line 409.8 feet northwest of the west boundary line of North Leavitt Street (as measured along the northeast boundary line of the Chicago Transit Authority ("C.T.A.") Line,

to those of a Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
