BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Mr. David Noguchi Noguchi Sculpture 3458 North Pulaski Road

from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise(s) address.

 

SECTION 2. this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage
