ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-1 Cornmunity Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 20-D in the area bounded by

The public alley next north of and parallel to East 87^th Street; a perpendicular line to East 87^l Street 212.51 feet east of and parallel to South Blackstone Avenue; East 87^th Street; a perpendicular line to East 87^th Street 162.51 feet east of and parallel to South Blackstone Avenue,

to those of an RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
