RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, We, the members of the Chicago City Council, wish to extend our congratulations and warmest birthday wishes to Robert B Kodykowski in honor of his 65^th Birthday; and,

WHEREAS, on behalf of the entire 15^th Ward, Alderman Raymond Lopez would like to extend his personal tribute to Robert B Kodykowski on the occasion of this momentous occasion as recognition for being a stellar Resident ofthe City of Chicago; and,

WHEREAS, Robert B Kodykowski now belongs to our 15^th Ward Seniors community, of whom we value and treasure for all they have given and taught us in their collective lifetime; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Mayor and Members ofthe Chicago City Council, gathered here this 12^th ofDecember 2018 A.D., do hereby congratulate Robert B Kodykowski on the occasion of his birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that we extend our warmest and heartfelt best wishes to Robert B Kodykowski for his continued good health, happiness and success following this, his 65^th Birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a suitable copy ofthis resolution be presented to Robert B Kodykowski in honor of his 65^th Birthday as a token of our esteem and good wishes.
