BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO-
SECTION 1: On behalf of the City of Chicago as Landlord, the Commissioner of the Department of Assets, Information & Services is authorized to execute a Lease Agreement with All Things Through Christ Outreach Ministries, as Tenant, for use of City-owned property located at 6537 South Wood Street as a community garden; such Lease to be approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel in substantially the following form:

LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (the "Lease") is made and entered into this day of
, 2021 (the "Commencement Date") by and between, the CITY OF CHICAGO,
an Illinois municipal corporation and home rule unit of government (hereinafter referred to as "Landlord" or "City"), having its principal offices located at City Hall, 121 North LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60602, and ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST OUTREACH MINISTRIES, INC. ("Tenant"), an Illinois not for profit corporation, having its principal offices located at 6600 South Hermitage Avenue, Chicago, Illinois.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City is the owner of real property located at 6537 South Wood Street, Chicago, Illinois (PIN 20-19-220-013-0000); and
WHEREAS, the Premises, as hereinafter defined, has been utilized as a community garden and has been improved with above-ground planters, benches, fencing, and other landscaping elements; and
