April 10, 2019 City Council Alley Access Ordinance

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Tiny Tots Incorporated from the Municipal Code provision requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for the premise address located at 2603-11 North Halsted Street.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
