Be It Ordained by the City Council of tho City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and'authority are hereby given and granted to EDISON PARK INN, upon the terms.ahd subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and useas now constructed, nine (9) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent lo its premises known as 6711-15 N. Olmsted Ave
Said Awning(s) at NORTH OLMSTED measure(s):
Three (3) at eleven (11) feet in length, and one point three three (1:33) foot in width for a total of forty-three point eight nine (43.89) square feet.
Six (6) at thirteen (13) feet in length, and two point four one (2.41) feet in width for a total of one hundred eighty-seven point nine eight (187.98) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown .on prints kept on file with the Department of. Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the Cily CfenX.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Zoning Department • Signs-
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1145261 herein granted the sum of one hundred seventy-five ($175.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
