MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS NO TRUCK PARKING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend No Truck Parking Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

18                     South Kedzie Avenue; South Kedzie Avenue (west side) from West 79th Street to

West 80th Street; No Semi Truck Parking, All Times, All Days - (16-04797251) [02016-5310]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

CHICAGO, NOVEMBER 1, 2016

To the President and Members of the City Council:

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend No Truck Parking on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
