^/Hereas. Robert Charles Hobson is a longtime resident of Norwood Park in the City's Far Northwest Side 41" ward; and;

Whereas, Robert's desire to serve the public and give back to his community led him to begin to vejtf nteer at the 41^s( Ward Service Office, where he has Dlayed an indispensable role in providing Con&uuerus with a wide range of city services; and;

Whereas, In addition to his remarkable record of public service, Mr. Hobson holds a wealth of knowledge on numerous topics ranging from the arts 10 modei raiiroads; ami.

Whereas, tor the past four years, Robert has devoted his time and energy to supporting the residents of the 4 T Ward;

Whereas, the people of Chicago and indeed the worid wouid be hard-pressed to rino a Kinder, niOic thoughtful friend:

Be it resolved, that we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, gathered here this 6^th day of May, 2015, do hereby express our thanks to Robert Charles Hobson for his contributions to His community and the City of Chicago and wish him well in his endeavors, and;

Be it further resolved, that a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Robert Charles Hobson.
