RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, We, the members of the Chicago City Council, wish to extend our congratulations and warmest birthday wishes to Clayborn Martin Sr in honor of his 75^th Birthday; and,

WHEREAS, on behalf ofthe entire 15^th Ward, Alderman Raymond Lopez would like to extend his personal tribute to Clayborn Martin Sr on the occasion ofthis momentous occasion as recognition for being a stellar Resident of the City of Chicago; and,

WHEREAS, Clayborn Martin Sr has been a member of our 15^th Ward Seniors community for the last ten years, a constituency we value and treasure for all they have given and taught us in their collective lifetime; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Mayor and Members of the Chicago City Council, gathered here this 26th of May, 2021 A.D., do hereby congratulate Clayborn Martin Sr on the occasion of his birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that we extend our warmest and heartfelt best wishes to Clayborn Martin Sr for his continued good health, happiness and success following this, his 75^th Birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Clayborn Martin Sr in honor of his 75^th Birthday as a token of our esteem and good wishes.
