ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
WHEREAS, On September 14, 2021, the City Council passed Ordinance 02021-2895 (the "Ordinance"), which amended section 7-38-117 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago; and
WHEREAS, The intent of the Ordinance was to repeal the mobile food vehicle stand at 817 W. Belmont Avenue; and
WHEREAS, After passage of the Ordinance, it was discovered that, due to a formatting error in the drafting of the Ordinance, the language "817 West Belmont Avenue" was underlined, instead of being struck through; and
WHEREAS, This ordinance corrects the drafting error in the Ordinance; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Section 7-38-117 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the underscored language and deleting the language struck through, as follows:
7-38-117 Mobile food vehicle stands program.
(Omitted text is unaffected by this ordinance)
(i) The Commissioner of Transportation is authorized to establish a mobile food vehicle stand within the side of the block where each of the following addresses is located:
3627 North Southport Avenue;
3420 North Paulina Street, provided that the mobile food vehicle stand at this location shall not be more than 40 feet in length;
3241 North Lincoln Avenue;
817 West Bblmont Avenue: fReserved.1
1005 West Wrightwood Avenue;
