ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-435 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, the Commissioner ofthe Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt the property located at 1446-1450 West Barry Avenue from the Municipal Code provision prohibiting alley access to any parking garage if the capacity of that lot or garage is in excess of six spaces.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
