BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt

It Takes A Village Christian Academy, Inc., 9011-15 South Cottage Grove Avenue, from the provisions requiring barriers as prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and to parking facilities for Premise Address.
