Ordered, that the Commissioner of transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the Amendment of a Residential Permit Parking Zone 31 on the 1600 block W. 38^th Street, by striking Residential Permit Parking Zone 31 and inserting a new Residential Permit Parking Zone number I
