BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, The Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt GearHead Workspace at 840 West 35th Street from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and /or egress to parking facilities for the premise address.
