BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
 
 
Section 1:
 
 
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for HENRY FRERK SONS, INC. on 05/28/2014, and printed upon page 82006 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
 
"eighty-five (85) in length
 
One thousand twenty ($1,020.00)"
 
 
and inserting in their place the words
 
"sixty-six point six seven (66.67) feet in length eight hundred ($800.00)"
 
 
Section 2:
 
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for conduit(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
