ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B2-2 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 10-E in the area bounded by

A line 50 feet south of and parallel to East 45^lh Street; a line 113.63 feet east of and parallel to South Indiana Avenue; a line 96 feet south of and parallel to East 45^th Street; a line 162.61 feet east of and parallel to South Indiana Avenue; a line 100 feet south of and parallel to East 45^,h Street; South Indiana Avenue, .

to those of an RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
