ORDINANCE

WHEREAS, At the meeting ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago ("City Council") held on September 10, 2014, the City Council passed an Ordinance, published at pages 87986-87988 of the Journal of Proceedings for that date, on a report from the Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, pertaining to the Establishment and Amendment Of Residential Permit Parking Zones (the "September Ordinance"); and

WHEREAS, As a result of an administrative error, a named location in Ward 23 received an incorrect numerical designation in the September Ordinance; and

WHEREAS, It is necessary and appropriate to correct this error; now, therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The September Ordinance is hereby corrected by deleting the language stricken through and by inserting the language underscored, as set forth in the paragraph titled Amendment of Residential Permit Parking Zones on page 87987, as follows:

23      West 54^th Street: amend Residential Permit Parking Zone Vm Mil for 5300 -

5399 West 54^th Street, from South Neva Avenue to South Nottingham Avenue -at all times - all days by striking: "5300 - 5399 West 54^th Street" and inserting in lieu thereof: "West 54^th Street, between South Nottingham Avenue and South Neva Avenue - Residential Permit Parking Zone 1789 1777 - at all times - all days";
