BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe RS-2 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 14-M in the area bounded by:

South Mason Avenue; a line parallel to and 251.00 feet south ofthe south line ofthe right of way of West 55th Street; the public alley parallel to and east of South Mason Avenue; and a line parallel to and 281.00 feet south of the south line of the right of way of West 55th Street

to those of an RT-3.5 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
