BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO;

Sectionl. Pursuant to an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council which allow erection of honorary street-name sign; the Commissioner of Transportation shall take the necessary action for standardization of 950 West 61^st Street as "Deontae Montre'al Smith Street".

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
