BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section I. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 040 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to establish a prohibition for the parking of vehicles at the designated location, during the designated day ofthe week and hours of the day in which the parking of vehicles is prohibited due to Street Cleaning.

No Parking Tow Zone - Street Cleaning, Bingham from Armitage to Francis PI. (West Side)— 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Fourth (4) Thursday of every month. April 1 to November 30.
