ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the B1-1, Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 14-M in the area bounded by:

the alley next north of and parallel to West 63^rd Street; a line 74.26 feet west of and parallel to South Mayfield Avenue; West 63rd Street; and a line 98.26 feet west of and parallel to South Mayfield Avenue,

to those of an RS2 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
