ORDERED, That the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to issue the following licenses and permits, free of charge to German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest/ German American Services, Inc., for the special event "Germany's Best & Oktoberfest," scheduled to take place from September 23, 2011 through October 10, 2011 between the hours of 11:00a.m. and 10:00p.m. at 600 East Grand Avenue, Navy Pier.
