ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

Acct. No. 39420 - 2 Permit No. 1102133

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for ANTOLAK MANAGEMENT COMPANY on 10/03/2012, and printed upon page 35692 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to ANTOLAK MANAGEMENT COMPANY, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use one (1) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 445 E. Ohio St."

and inserting in their place the words

"Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to ANTOLAK MANAGEMENT COMPANY, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use one (1) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 447 E. Ohio St."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
