RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Earl J. Hiler Jr. has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 57 to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Earl J. Hiler Jr. lifetime companion to Rosie Hiler; loving father of Amanda Hiler; devoted son of the late Ellen, nee Halloran, the late Patrick O'Donnell and Earl J. Hiler Sr. (Tammy); dearly beloved brother of James Hiler, Kathleen O'Donnell (Mario Palomino), Joan (Jason) Sinon and Sherwood Hiler; cherished Godson of Margaret Piotrowski; fond uncle of Maddeline, Olivia, Marcella, Ashley and David; dearest nephew, cousin and friend of many; and
WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Earl to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twenty-six of January 2022, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Earl J. Hiler Jr. and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented, to the family of Earl J. Hiler Jr.
