ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Kenmore Estates, LLC, 5078-82 N. Lincoln Avenue, Chicago, IL 60625 from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.
