2% DISABLED PARKING SIGN

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend 2% Disabled Parking Signs at the below listed locations:

 

WARD                     2% DISABLED PARKING SIGN:

 

27                     West Superior Street (north side) from a point 20 feet west of North Sedgwick Street to

a point 40 feet west thereof; All Times, All Days. [02022-1206]

50                     Amend Ordinance passed 6/25/2021, journal page 32052 which reads: North Whipple

Street (east side) from a point 20 feet north West Peterson Avenue to a point 20 feet north thereof; Disabled Parking Permit, 5:30am to 5:30pm, Thursday and 5:30am to 2:00pm, Friday by striking the above and inserting No Parking (except for Handicapped) North Whipple Street (east side) from a point 20 feet north of West Peterson Avenue to a point 20 feet north thereof; 5:30am to 5:00pm Thursday and 5:30am to 2:00pm (public benefit) [Or2022-121]

 

SECTION 2. and publication.

 

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend 2% Disabled Parking Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members ofthe Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
