ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1 The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe B3-1, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 26-F in the area bound by:

a line 73.70 feet north of and parallel to West 109^th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Halsted Street; West 109^th Street; and South Halsted Street,

to those of a RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
