MEMORIAL RESOLUTION FOR JOSEPH MARTIN BRENNAN
WHEREAS, It is with great sadness that members of this Chamber learned ofthe death of Joseph Martin Brennan on January 22, 2019 at the age of 78; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Margaret Laurino, Alderman ofthe 39th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Born on September 14, 1940, Joseph Martin Brennan was the beloved son of the late Clara (nee Nowicki) and the late Albert Brennan. Joseph leaves a legacy of faith, dignity and love and
WHEREAS, Joseph is survived by his the loving sister, Claudette (James P.) Mostyn; adored uncle to Daniel J. (Mary) Mostyn, James A. (Naomi) Mostyn, Maribeth (Robert) Lopez and Laura (Steve) Fuller; great-uncle to nine and great-great-uncle to five; a host of extended family and treasured friends; and
WHEREAS, Joseph deeply touched the lives of those who knew and loved him. He will be forever missed, but fondly remembered for his genuine character, compassion, and thoughtful ways; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and the members of the Chicago City Council, assembled this thirteenth day of March, 2019, do hereby extend our heartfelt condolences to the family of Joseph Martin Brennan; and
