MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS RESERVED HANDICAP
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend Reserved Handicap at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
27 West Institute Place (south side) from a point 100 Feet east of North Franklin Street to
a point 20 Feet east thereof; Reserved Handicap Parking, All Days, All Times -(18-03116021) [O2018-8225]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Reserved Handicap Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
