BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for MICHIGAN CERMAK INDIANA LLC on 07/20/2016, and printed upon page 29191 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "One (1) at one hundred two (102) feet in length, and fifteen point three three (15.33) feet in width for a total of one thousand five hundred sixty-three point six six (1563.66) square feet" and inserting in their place the words '"One (1) at seventy-eight point five (78.5) feet in length, and fifteen point three three (15.33) feet in width for a total of one thousand two hundred three point four zero (1203.40) square feet"
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
