WHEREAS, Jacquelene P. Houlihan has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Jacquelene P. Houlihan, Beloved wife of the late Raymond; loving mother of John "Jack" (the late Deborah), Robert (Jacqueline), Tracey (Michael) Sieja, and Christopher (Jacqueline), and the late Michael Houlihan; beloved daughter of the late John and Mary Tracey; fond grandmother of Lauren and Kristen, Raymond (Zorina), John and Natalie (Jeff), Kate, Kylie and Meghan, Matthew, Patrick and Liam; great-grandmother of Alianna; dear sister of Robert (Geri) Tracey; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews; and
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Jacquelene P. Houlihan to her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this twenty-third of January 2019, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Jacquelene P. Houlihan and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Jacquelene P. Houlihan.
